Roasted Potatoes & Green Beans

A great side dish.




1 lb
Small Red Potatoes (Based on servings needed)
2 T
Wright Rub (Or season to taste)
1 bn
Whole Green Beans (fresh preferred but frozen can be used)
3 T
Olive Oil (To taste)


Wash potatoes and green beans.
Place green beans onto greased baking sheet.
Cut red potatoes into quarters and place on same baking sheet.
Drizzle potatoes and beans with olive oil.
Season potatoes and beans with Wright Rub.
Place the potatoes and green beans into a pre-heated 400 degree oven.
Cook for 20-25 minutes.
