Wright Rub Butter & Beer Bread

3/4 C self rising flour

1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz beer
1 stick butter, melted

*I like Birmingham Based Cahaba Brewing American Blonde for this recipe. I also like Amber Bock, Yuengling Black & Tan, and Sam Adams. Anything similar to those will work.

Preheat oven to 350. Grease one loaf pan. In large bowl use whisk to mix flour, sugar, salt. Then whisk in the beer until well blended. Pour in loaf pan, then add melted butter on top. Bake 45-50 minutes.

Wright Rub Butter
*use on bread, baked potatoes, veggies, or as a steak topper

Ingredients
8 T Unsalted Butter (Softened)
2 T Wright Rub Seasoning
1 t Dry Chipotle Seasoning (Optional)

Instructions
Place softened butter and Wright Rub Seasoning in bowl and mix together until well blended.
Optional: To add a kick add the chipotle seasoning and blend togther.
